Learner Autonomy. Week 7
Learner autonomy a great topic for this week, I think the teachers sometimes ask us, how achieve learner autonomy with our students, it's not a easy way, especially when the students think that the techer should resolve all the problems in class. We read this week the autonomy way is step by step, and I think that we applying the tools that we learn, will be a easier way.
The classical teacher, that all time was dictating in class and want to memorize all task is old fashion, now the schools have implemented education reform, that has innovate the education and helps to encourage too students be independent, no just follow the teacher instruction.

Hello, Erika
ReplyDeleteIt is interesting to read your post and see the photo.
You have addressed an important aspect of the changing scenario in schools. Yes, I agree with you when you have said that the teachers need to change and innovate. I think the teachers need to perceive their roles properly from various angles and do accordingly. It is significant to consider the learners and their needs as well as requirements for making them autonomous or independent learners in the true sense of the term.
Best,

ReplyDeleteSomtimes a picture tells more than a tons of words.
With these pictures, I could see you build a strong rapport bewtween you and your stduents. As we learned in many of "learner autonomy" articles, if students are filled with positive affective mindset, they probably go further steps with your innovative teaching trials. I hope that you will have a key role in bringing chance in your whole class with a new trial.Good luck on you!
